After moving here from New York 5 years ago, I have continually been searching Vero Beach high & low for an excellent pizzeria but have been constantly disappointed. We went to Davilas during lunch time, there were about 4 tables being served, we were greeted in a friendly manner. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, sausage & onions. The crust is absolutely EXCELLENT, flavorful sauce, cheese was nice flavorful and gooey. The only thing I can say is that they are a bit stingy on the toppings of which I paid for, if I order toppings, please GIVE me toppings. I couldn't taste even one onion and the sausage was very sparse. Other than that, I will definitely try them again as they are still fairly new and are probably working out some kinks in establishing a new business. Will be back to try something else next time!!!!!

Gave this place a second try. Don't really know how the pizza tasted as I ordered for some employees where I work as a surprise lunch. When I went to pick up the order, there were 2 tables occupied and 1 other person waiting to pick up an order. There were 4 tickets hanging for orders and I counted no less than 8 (yes, eight) employees. All miserable. Complaining to each other about other employees, hating their jobs, etc. It took 6 minutes from the time I entered the restaurant to the time I was acknowledged. It took another 5 minutes to be served. Avoid this establishment!

Great pizza, awesome Italian food! I recently put a post on Facebook about these guys and it remains quite favorable. However!....I put in a to-go order and I was told my order would be ready in 20-45 mins. I came in 45 mins later, and was asked to take a seat, which I did without complaint. The pizza here is amazing and I have NO complaints about the quality of their food, yet here I sit, writing this lengthy review. Great food, but please give your customers realistic expectations of wait times. AWESOME food!

Awesome Pizza! I love the Davilla's White Pizza, it has a special ricotta cheese and garlic and basil, as well as spinach and chicken. I t brought me back to my college days at FAU where they had the best white pizza at the time. We also had the Freddy's pizza which was great with ricotta spinach garlic basil and tomato.

Best pizza in Vero! My 12 year old agrees. Yummy Caesar salad as well. The garlic rolls were a nice touch but a little too buttery for me. Fantastic service! Can't wait to return!

I work at the county and a cpl of weeks ago Davila pizza dropped menu's off. I love pizza so my colleagues wanted to know what I think. They don't offer a lunch speacial so as a late lunch I ordered two slices with two different toppings. Toppings are plentiful and look appealing and service is ok. But the slices were warmed and the crust soggy. The server asked how it was and I told her the issue. They reheated the untouched slice and made a new one for the other. Also, the overall taste is a little salty. I was surprised that a manager or owner didn't address the issue with me. They are new, and sometimes slices don't cook like a whole pie. I'll try again in a month or so, but they will need to focus on the quality and if they want a lunch business, especially from the medical and local government, they may want to consider specials. 2.5 stars
